The Mask of Zorro: Collector's Edition is available to buy on DVD from 17 th October, 2005 courtesy of Sony Pictures Home Entertainment. Twenty years ago Zorro, Don Diego de la Vega (Hopkins) fought against Spanish oppression in California. Having been captured, Zorro eventually escapes from jail to find to that his only daughter (Catherine Zeta-Jones) has been raised as the Governor's child. Vowing revenge he recruits a young thief (Antonio Banderas), who is also seeking revenge, as his apprentice who will train to become the new bearer of The Mask of Zorro.
The DVD is released to coincide with the theatrcial release of film The Legend of Zorro out 28 th October, 2005 and includes a 'Behind the Scenes' sneak peek and an exclusive scene from The Legend of Zorro as well as brand new features including documentaries, deleted scenes, director's commentary, music video and photo gallery.
